This is an Art & Craft Show, no yard sale or flea market items or commercially produced wares.
Items are to be well made, hand crafted and of good quality while representing the artists skill and creativity.
Any exhibitor not following these guidelines will be asked to leave.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
DEADLINE:May 10th
1). Download and complete a Registration Form.
2). Prepare a check or money order made payable to TGAG (Troy Glass Art Guild).
3). Prepare a SASE (self-addressed-stamped-envelope) for return of confirmation and space assignment.
3). Mail your completed registration form along with your check or money order and a SASE to;TGAG

SET-UP INFORMATION
Fair hours are 10:00AM-6:00PM with set up beginning at 8:00 AM.
Booths are to be set up by 9:45 AM and no tear down before 6:00pm.
It is suggested that you drive in to unload then drive out and park and then return to your space to set up.
Hopefully this will help everyone unload at their designated space and avoid congestion.
Restrooms are available at the museum.
SPACE INFORMATION
The space for all vendors is 10 ft x 10 ft and the cost will be $20.
Limited electrical power is available and will be assigned to those whose application are first and request it.
Cost for space with power is $25. No generators allowed.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own electrical cords, power strips, garden hose, etc.
Participants are responsible for providing their own shelter (if desired) and display fixtures such as tables, cases, racks, etc. This is an outdoor event; rain, snow, or shine so be prepared. All exhibitors are expected to stay for the duration of the fair and keep their display area tidy.
Food and beverage vendors are also encouraged to apply and will be grouped in area with power and water hook-up. Set up and tear down is same as for artists and craftspeople.
The Troy Glass Art Guild and Troy Museum is not responsible for bodily injury or accidents, loss, or damage to exhibitors property and/or equipment. The Troy Glass Art Guild and Troy Museum are not responsible for loss, or theft of any exhibit or items being displayed.
